The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said they responded on Monday morning to a report of multiple injuries at Cultus Lake Waterpark, in Cultus Lake, B.C., about 65 miles southeast of Vancouver.
Harrowing videos of the incident in Brazil showed the woman lifted over the heads of two instructors, her arms spread like wings, as they threw her off a bridge.
