Questo pomeriggio una fortissima esplosione si è verificata nello stabilimento della ex Simmel Difesa, oggi KNDS Ammo Italy, a Colleferro, in provincia di Roma.

Nello stesso stabilimento, nel 2007, un grave incidente provocò la morte di un lavoratore e il ferimento di altre 13 persone.

Al momento auspichiamo che non vi siano persone coinvolte nell’incidente odierno.

Il Partito Comunista della Regione Lazio continuerà a vigilare con attenzione sulla situazione di questa azienda e sulle sue attività nel territorio, anche alla luce dei progetti di ampliamento che hanno interessato l’area.

La sicurezza dei lavoratori e delle comunità del territorio deve venire prima di ogni altra considerazione.
